Tips pa...

Don't eat bread which has just been toasted.
Keep away your mobile phone near you while sleeping.
Drink more water in morning time and less in the night time.
Coffee twice a day is no good.
Reduce your volume of oily food.
Avoid huge meals after 5PM.
Capsules with cold water is unhealthy.
Take a enough time to down after taking medicine.
Best sleeping time is from 10PM to 6 at the morning.
